Rates are for up to 4 people per 7 night stay.
Additional persons are charged @ 100 EUR per week. There are no additional fees.
A security deposit of € 300 will be taken and returned to you after final cleaning and inspection.
Bookings require 20% payment in advance.
Balance payable five weeks prior to occupancy.
Final cleaning is included.
Bedlinen, bath towels and hand towels are provided.
